We are currently licensed to diagnose and treat patients in the state of PA only.  However, we can offer second opinion consults for hormone replacement therapy, advanced diagnostic testing, labs review, and clinical nutritional consults for out-of-state residents. 

We provide easy, accessible, and convenient access to care via telehealth for anyone within the state of Pennsylvania. However, patients local to our Elizabethtown, PA office may request an in person visit. 

Testosterone is a controlled substance and is regulated by the DEA. Therefore, by law, patients requiring testosterone need to schedule an in-person visit once a year. 

Initial appointments range between 1-1.5 hours.  This allows ample time to establish a thorough history and discuss your concerns without feeling rushed. Follow-up appointments are 30-60min as needed.

To provide a higher level of care and standard, our business model operates on a cash basis only.  However, insurance may be used for serum lab testing and prescriptions. We offer self-pay lab rates that may be more economical depending on your insurance plan. We do accept FSA/HSA.   

Because we are a functional medicine practice, our fees vary based on the type and level of service provided. We are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized care and believe our pricing reflects the time, expertise, and attention each patient receives.

We prescribe bio-identical hormones only, which may include estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone.  In many cases, we will use commercially available products, or a combination of commercial and compounded products formulated to the patient's unique needs. 

We do not offer pellets at this time.  Pellets are not a good option when first initiating hormone replacement therapy given the adjustments that are needed to reach therapeutic range.

Our goal is to help address your priority concerns first and foremost.  We want to alleviate symptoms as quickly as possible, however, there are no quick fixes to balancing hormones, weight loss, or other health concerns.  Those who commit to their plan and recommended lifestyle improvements will generally experience better outcomes, quicker.
