Most patients prefer the convenience of virtual appointments, however, in person appointments can be scheduled at the patient's request.

Testosterone is a controlled substance and is regulated by the DEA. Therefore, by law, patients requiring testosterone need to schedule an in-person visit once a year. 

We are currently licensed to diagnose and treat patients in the state of PA.  Out-of-state residents may schedule advice only and second opinion consults for hormone replacement therapy, advanced diagnostic testing, labs review, and clinical nutritional consults. Initial appointments range between 1-1.5 hours.  This allows ample time to establish a thorough history and discuss your concerns without feeling rushed. Follow-up appointments are 30-60min as needed.

To provide a higher level of care and standard, our business model operates on a cash base only.  However you may select insurance coverage for labs and prescriptions or use a FSA/HSA account.  

We prescribe bio-identical hormones only, which may include estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone.  In many cases, we will use commercially available products initially and opt for compounded products formulated to the patient's unique needs.

We do not offer pellets at this time.  Pellets are not a good option when first initiating hormone replacement therapy given the adjustments that are needed to reach therapeutic range.

Our goal is to help address your priority concerns first and foremost.  We want to alleviate symptoms as quickly as possible, however, there are no quick fixes to balancing hormones, weight loss, or other health concerns.  Those who commit to their plan and recommended lifestyle improvements will generally experience better outcomes.
