Most patients prefer the convenience of virtual appointments, however, in person appointments can be scheduled at the patient's request.

Testosterone is a controlled substance and is regulated by the DEA. Therefore, by law, patients requiring Testosterone need to schedule an in-person visit once a year. 

We are currently licensed to diagnose and treat patients in the state of PA.  Out-of-state residents may schedule educational coaching calls and order advanced diagnostic testing through our physician's affiliate store under the Testing tab.

Initial appointments range between 1-1.5 hours.  This allows ample time to establish a thorough history and discuss your concerns without feeling rushed. Follow-up appointments are 30-60min as needed.

We are a cash based service and do not accept insurance. However, standard labs and prescriptions may be covered by insurance or FSA/HSA.  

We prescribe bio-identical hormones only, which may include estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone.  In many cases, these are compounded formulas that are uniquely formulated to the patient's individual needs.  We do not prescribe oral estrogen or birth control.  

We do not offer pellets at this time.  Pellets are not a good option when first initiating hormone replacement therapy given the adjustments that are needed to reach therapeutic range.

Our goal is to help address your priority concerns first and foremost.  We want to alleviate symptoms as quickly as possible, however, there are no quick fixes to balancing hormones and weight loss. With concerted efforts between pharmacological and supportive treatments, including diet and lifestyle recommendations, positive changes will happen (sometimes without you even realizing). Those who optimize overall wellness and commit to their plan of care will have better, and more sustainable results.
